Her actions are symbolic of a society that seems content to descend into hatred, intolerance, barbarism and almost total lack of compassion for animals or fellow citizen. Killing a giraffe with a high-powered weapon doesn’t take much skill and certainly no discernible level of intelligence. It does take a lust for death, destruction and an arrogance beyond most comprehension.
